We use a program called Appfolio. Just prior to move-in, we will send you a link via email to pay online. You can also pay by cash, cashier check or check at the office. Also, there are the following charges: Credit: 3.49%, Debit: $9.99, eCheck: Waived

Rent is due on the first of the month, but there is a grace period until the 5th of the month. After that, it is an 8% charge on unpaid rent.

Varies by unit, but usually tenants pay all utilities. If it's a duplex, tenants don't pay water.

It is used for any unpaid rent, trash, cleaning, damages, unpaid utilities, city fines, etc. at the end of the lease.

You will provide us with a forwarding address and we are required to return the security deposit plus interest and minus any unpaid rent, trash, cleaning, damages, unpaid utilities,, city fines, etc.

We are open to subletting as long as the person is qualified and all roommates are on board with the change.

No pets outside of ESA cases

We have you fill out an application from (through Tenant Check of MN) and we will usually have results back within 2 business days.
